We provide various services for both professional dancer, new graduates and vocational students, ranging from Open Company Class, Work Experience Placements, Apprenticeships and Summer Projects. Click here for more information.
Youth Dance Company
Our youth dance company meets every Friday in Dunfermline, Fife, to take class and develop new work based on Smallpetitklein’s repertoire. Smallpetitklein Youth Dance Company perform at various events, sharing the stage with our professional dancers. In association with ON at Fife. Click here for more information.
Adults
We offer dance classes for adults that allows a complete workout for both the body and mind. Click here for more information.
How to pay
To pay by credit or debit card, please select the correct class from the drop down list opposite then click the ‘Pay Now’ button. Alternatively, you can pay by cheque, made payable to Smallpetitklein Dance Company Limited and send to Smallpetitklein, Ardler Complex, Turnberry Avenue, Dundee DD2 3TP or pay by cash at the class.

What to wear & bring
Children’s Classes
Children should wear loose, comfortable exercise clothing consisting of T-shirt, trousers and bare feet, with layers for extra warmth. We have Smallpetitklein Dance Company T-Shirts available for purchase in children’s sizes. No jewellery of any description should be worn. Children should bring a bottle of water too.
Please note:
Skirts, jeans and dresses are NOT suitable for dance classes.
Adult Classes
Please wear loose, comfortable exercise clothing consisting of T-shirt, trousers and bare feet, with layers for extra warmth. Please also bring a pair of socks for certain exercises. Men should wear a dance support/jockstrap. We have Smallpetitklein Dance Company T-Shirts available for purchase. No jewellery of any description should be worn. You should bring a bottle of water too.

Venue and how to find us
Our children’s and adult dance classes take place in the beautiful surroundings of Dundee West Church where there is tea and coffee available (for a small donation) for Mums and Dads! Dundee West Church (opposite Duncan of Jordanstone Art College) is a 5 minute walk from the city centre and easily accessed via bus. See map below.
The venue for Smallpetitklein Youth Dance Company is in Dunfermline and we will issue the address once you have been accepted into the group. For our professional courses, we use a range of venues. Addresses and maps will be provided upon application for each course.

Our dance classes offer a unique and exciting opportunity to learn to dance with professional dancers and award-winning choreographers. We approach our classes with the same energy, enthusiasm and standards of our professional work - allowing participants to enjoy their time whilst receiving the support to develop accordingly. Each term provides an optional performance opportunity, to celebrate the creativity and work made throughout the term.
